Bow Tie Financials

After the arrival of my three children, I wanted to work part-time to so I could be at home when my kids returned from school.

I started by helping small non-profits and businesses with their daily accounting and finance needs. I quickly discovered that I enjoyed working with small businesses because it is in my nature to invest myself in what I am doing. These small businesses needed the expertise of a CFO, without the cost of a full-time one. I also loved helping make their organization successful. Before I knew it, this part-time endeavor became a solid business, and I needed a name.

I decided to name the company in honor of my father, who loved bow ties.  While Bow Tie Financials helps organizations make complex accounting and finance activities simple and neat (like a bow tie), our true inspiration was Charles William Maynes.

No matter the challenge. No matter the issue. Our clients can count on us to be courteous, professional, thoughtful and insightful and always act with integrity. Just like my Dad.
